After a catastrophic engine failure and in need of a used engine swap Patriot Diesel was able to take on and complete the work to get me running again. Through no fault of theirs there was a couple delays with outside vendors. The service writer, Don the man, kept me informed and updated on the issues. He was fair, patient, and sympathetic to the situation , which was very much appreciated! Jennifer and the guys are absolutely amazing! Our truck broke down on our way to Texas from Sturgis and they got us in very quick. Repairs will take a few days, but they recommend a great hotel. Definitely will recommend them to anyone in the Cheyenne area.
