Jacob Taylor was absolutely wonderful. My car had hail damage and his help was absolutely irreplaceable. He came to my house to make sure he was thoroughly seeing all of the damages… and in addition to that, made every process in between the easiest and most stress free experience (and fast!). Couldn't be happier with the results. Jacob does excellent work. You'd never know I had a door dent. His response time was quick. I highly recommend Patriot PDR.
I had high hopes after reading positive reviews, but my experience was far from good. They were over an hour late for my appointment, and when they finally got to my car, the dent was only partially repaired. For the price I paid, I expected a much better result. Would not recommend.
I’m really upset with my experience at Patriot Dent Repair. The dent was barely touched, and now there’s a new scratch where the technician worked. When I tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Not worth the money or time.
