I ordered a plate compactor for our land services business last Wednesday night. Derek, our sales guy, acknowledged the payment was received on Friday and stated we'd receive communication from Customer Service pertaining to tracking info and paid invoice. A few hours later, as promised, Customer Service provided XPO tracking info, the paid invoice, and detailed offloading instructions.
