Purchased a Weber Plate tamper for our small family business and Derek and Tim were fantastic at communicating and informing on best options. Very experienced and helpful. They even reached out to several contacts to get further recommendations for best equipment choice. Their prices are great, but customer service is a notch above.
I am a sole proprietor equipment rental company. I do my best to buy as locally as possible. I needed a piece of equipment. I found myself on the phone with, not only a real person, the owner Tim. He was helpful and friendly AND, his prices were about 20% lower than I could find elsewhere. My machine was delivered in under 5 business days! Patriot is what a business should be!!

I ordered a plate compactor for our land services business last Wednesday night. Derek, our sales guy, acknowledged the payment was received on Friday and stated we'd receive communication from Customer Service pertaining to tracking info and paid invoice. A few hours later, as promised, Customer Service provided XPO tracking info, the paid invoice, and detailed offloading instructions.
