Patriot plumbing is terrible. The 1st time they came out fix a hose bib and stated it would cost $350 to repair so I got a second option. The 2nd plumbing company fixed it for free, just a missing screw. Patriot was dispatched to my home again to fix a leak. Not only did they make it worse, now there saying that my sink needs to be removed. Call another plumbing company and they came by fixed the leaking hose and fixed my water heater vent. Patriot wanted to charge $1400+ to fix a disconnected pvc pipe.
Had a problem with our toilet, and AHS sent Patriot Plumbing. We have dealt with them before, and I do believe it was Chase who came both times. Each time the problem was taken care of fast, and correctly. I would have no problem having them come to my house for all my plumbing needs.
American Home Shield dispatch service for leaking lines on a hot water heater (gas). PSA: if your shit is out of code, don’t blame the contractor or the warranty company. Read the fine print, bro.. In my opinion, these guys were great. They were straight shooters, they identified the issue, they replaced a few lines, and everything is good to go and leak free. This company was dispatched out by AHS for a stoppage that I was experiencing. The tech seemed a little uneasy with the job and did not display to be knowledgeable about Plumbing. The tech spent over 2 hours at my home. They wrote a report stating that my Plumbing had a code violation that was not covered under my warranty and provided an estimate for $1700 to get us up to code.
