DO NOT let AHS, 2-10, or anyone else send Patriot Plumbing. Sent for a water heater replacement, and their cost breakdown of almost $1500, which included $500 for “lines”, $350 for a water expansion tank (which we found out we did not need), and $450 for a permit. Price Right Plumbing gave us a real cost without the unnecessary parts, and the real price of a permit/inspection. Saved us a ton! Patriot also told us they are cash only, which when combined with the extra charges screams fraud and scam.
This company absolutely sucks and needs put out of business. My home warranty resorts to this place and I am unable to change it. They make problems worse and do not care. They messed up my plumbing so that the water won’t stop running and they told me they can’t come back out until 4 days later to fix it, they said this on the day they caused the leak. They don’t care and won’t try to make things right. Avoid this company at all costs and put them out of business for good
I’m back to give an updated review because I didn’t realize who they were when 2-10 assigned them to me. But once again they came out barely looked at the issue took the money and left. Then when I was given the quote I said that’s fine on the price. I told them that my property is all deeded under one address. My guesthouse is covered by my policy. They went and rejected my ticket. 2-10 verified it was covered. They are unprofessional and incompetent especially the lady that answers the phone.
Patriot plumbing is terrible. The 1st time they came out fix a hose bib and stated it would cost $350 to repair so I got a second option. The 2nd plumbing company fixed it for free, just a missing screw. Patriot was dispatched to my home again to fix a leak. Not only did they make it worse, now there saying that my sink needs to be removed. Call another plumbing company and they came by fixed the leaking hose and fixed my water heater vent. Patriot wanted to charge $1400+ to fix a disconnected pvc pipe.
Had a problem with our toilet, and AHS sent Patriot Plumbing. We have dealt with them before, and I do believe it was Chase who came both times. Each time the problem was taken care of fast, and correctly. I would have no problem having them come to my house for all my plumbing needs.
