We met Donnie the sales rep, and did not originally choose to go with him for our roof. We were quoted a much lower price, and struggled to spend more for the same job. However we saw Donnie and his crew do a roof across the street, and were very impressed. He was on site for the entire day. He is in sales, not project management-he did not have be here. I have been thoroughly pleased with my roof and with the entire experience. My contact,Donnie, did an excellent job. He has been very responsive and has delivered on every aspect of the project. He has gone above and beyond to make the entire process easy and pleasant. Not to mention, he is a fine young man! I highly recommend Patriot when you need a new roof.
Donnie was super helpful with my claims process! They were able to make it out the same weekend I received my insurance check to get me a new roof on and it looks great. I highly recommend using Patriot and especially Donnie!

Patriot was great to work with. My contact, Jimmy, worked directly with the insurance company to get us the best possible deal after a severe hail storm. I didn't see the finished product until several weeks after they finished (I don't live there full time), but the new roof looks great. Also, when I did finally arrive, I found one minor issue that needed to be addressed, and they had a crew at my house withing 3 hours of me notifying them, and they promptly took care of it.
