Replacement of failing 10-year old thermostat seems to have worked. Customer service needs a lot of work. Dropped car off at 8:00am, was told it would be ready by 2:00pm at the latest. I had to call them at 3:30 to find out it still would not be ready until 4:30pm. When I arrived about 4:30 to pick it up it was just coming out of the shop.
