This car wash is a joke. The soap and foam literally foamed up like there was a blockage. There was no soap on my car the whole time. Pretty disappointed this useless car wash is on base. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themselves. Just a cash grabbing place and wasting people's time/money! Do not go to this car wash!

ZERO STARS…Don’t waste your time on this garbage. Paid $18 and wasted 30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back.. this garbage shut down mid wash and had me stranded inside as the doors wouldn’t even open back up smh lol. Called the customer service number and went straight to voicemail. Finally called the mps to save the day . Never again smh LOL

Paid for a wash, pulled up to the door and it never opened. Called the number on the door and went straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail and never received a call back. Don't waste your money here.

Paid for the car wash and doors never opened. there was a car in front of me. I had to get the car behind me to back up so that I could get out. I watched the payment pending in my bank account until it was surely charged. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Call the number and nobody answers. It needs to be closed down. I will be looking in to getting this to the Garrison Commander of Gregg-Adams. BTW I had to click at least one star so that it allowed me to post. If I had my own option it would be a negativ... read more
