I would not even give this unprofessional so called carpenter a one the work was so poor we had to rip our entire roof off of our home! Dave sims and his cast of clowns destroyed our home. He over charged us for materials purchased the poorest quality available. Also took 7500 dollars down payment for a siding job and never did any siding or refunding of our money! This guy is a crook and a con man. Photos speak volumes
