My service experience could not have been better. A loaner was waiting, running, heater and SiriusXM on, in an enclosed area. Work was completed, and scratches on both sides were wet sanded and repaired at no cost. Also needed a rim repair which was taken care of. MJC
I bought my Envoy from here 9 years ago and it was totally fun. They could not have been better and service from Scott and James has always been excellent. As with all dealerships prices for parts and labor are very high for repairs. I like the coupons that are sent to me in the mail. The waiting area for service is comfortable. Comfortable seats with a TV or high top tables to work at, or eat their free donuts and coffee! Servicemen behind the scenes seem to be very knowledgeable.
For the love of green I was in the market for a small excellent condition used vehicle for the first time in 17 years. My eyes caught a beautiful green 2013 Mazda 2 that I had seen elsewhere, and loved the color of the paint. I decided to check it out, it had low mileage, and a price that was close, to what was listed on KBB for excellent condition. Do not buy from this Dealer.These jokers can not be trusted. I purchased a car from the dealer at a set price and with a new inspection sticker. They charged my credit card $1000.00 deposit, only to tell me later when I was to pick it up that they can't inspect the vehicle. They don't keep there word and the Sales Manager, Bill Chapel and Salesman, Edward Allwine don't have a clue as to what they are doing. Stay away at all costs.
Stay away from this dealership!!! – The absolute worst dealership in Montgomery County. The service department has decimated this dealerships reputation. The service is horrible. Jobs that I was told would take 30 min, took almost two hours each visit. Always the excuse that they’re short handed regarding technicians due to people being out or having some type of emergency. AWESOME dealership! Words can not even describe the experience my husband and I had with this dealership back in May. After a lot of searching, meeting with different dealers and driving all over, we landed here for my 2009 GMC Acadia. We never once felt pressured or that we were even buying a car! Buyer Beware....Go somewhere Else.....Anywhere Else!! – My husband and I were loyal customers to Patriot. We purchased three vehicles from them.
