This was our third order with Patriot Blinds out of Jacksonville, NC. Both the Sales Reps and Installers have been top tier. The Installer Steve was courteous, professional, and even noticed a scratch on one of the blind slats and put in an order for a replacement without prompt. We highly recommend this company!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Our design consultant (Robin Seibert) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the selection process very simple. The installation team (Zach, Joseph, and Eric) was very efficient, provided a complete explanation of the awning system operation, and left no trace of the installation process. We’re very happy with the results.
