Excellent experience with Dale. I loathe car buying and was dreading the day. But he was upfront and so easy to deal with. Great personality. Not the normal "salesman". Very transparent and overall great customer service. Sales and service both here. We will be buying local with him from now on.
Go see Dale for your next car. He is very easy to work with and friendly. Picking out, buying and making payments was a breeze. Also he’s not overbearing and he doesn’t try to push you into something you really don’t want.
Got a great truck for a great price. Employees went above and beyond to make sure that the little issue the truck had was addressed. They Took great care of me and my family and I wouldn't think twice about driving 3 hours again to purchase from Patriot. Thank you!
They promise a lot, but do not follow through! Don't expect to get a clean car. They will promise a detailing, but they had mine for three days and it was still filthy. They promised to remove the vinyl off the front, but my son ended up paying someone $200 to get that done. You won't get any satisfaction either, when you call them out on it. The car had a lot of little things wrong with it but that is expected on a 10 yr old used car. I won't fault them for that but they continously said they had checked it over extensively... read more
