Can't go wrong taking your vehicle to Patriot Automotive. My husband and I were traveling back home from Florida and had an automotive emergency. Thank God we were referred to Patriot. They squeezed us in and got to work so we could get back on the road home. They were amazing and took such good care of us and on top of that, they checked on us to make sure we made it home safely. Don't find too many people that go the extra mile these days. Thank you Patriot!
Very nice shop, got the work done in about an hour and a half. Great people, definitely coming back for any future repairs.
I had heard good things about Patriot Automotive and was not disappointed. They have a well thought out website and a clean shop/office. Friendly staff tolerated my questions and did great work within a day. Oh yeah, their website has a code of ethics! That is impressive!
I was using QuickLane, in Calera. I stopped by on day for an oil change. It was 0900ish, but they said, "We are slammed full! Me and 2 other customers were the only people in the waiting room. I said, "Okay." Looked like there were only 2 mechanics working, and only 2 cars on the lifts. That was the second time I was told, "We're slammed."
