My car AC went out just as it was getting hot. It proved to give them a run for their money trying to figure out the problem but John and Jeremy were persistent and quick to fix it. Great fair pricing and an honest business- where do you find that nowadays?
Paid in full up front. Repairs that should have taken 2 weeks on a basic Home Depot Kawasaki 4X2 took 2 months. I had to call repeatedly for any and all updates. The shop did not proactively call me once. Lots of apologies, exuces and promises of price reduction on the phone. Their most honest excuse was not understanding how electronics work, which admittedly I don't either. The vehicle was returned to me in a state that is still not fully repaired. Worked on an ATV for me. Many obstacles came up that were not their fault, but that they did everything they could to overcome. They even did some extras they discovered at no charge. It took longer than expected and they were overly generous on the cost/my reductions due to the time. Great folks to work with and we are now able to use the ATV.
These guys are great. Quality work and a fair price. I dropped the truck at 5:30 pm and got a call at 9:00 pm that it was ready to go. Other places wanted to keep it for at least two days.
