Rude drivers
Lot of great guys work there from the top down. With 25 + years in the trade I was treated like an 18 year old apprentice and was sent out with guys who talked in Spanish on the 1.5 hour ride to and from work and on the job which I thought was not too safe and thought it was very disrespectful.
