This place here is AMAZING… we ran into a situation with our truck in our way to Virginia Beach. They took us right in for us situated and we were back on the road. I’ve never been to a repair shop that took care of their customer with the upmost care and professionalism. If you ever in the area and new work don’t hesitate to stop.
While driving my kids to Busch gardens my vans check engine light came on and it started riding rough- I pulled into off the highway and made it to a Napa auto parts- they told me to drive five minutes down the road to Patriots and that they would take care of me and they sure did! Within an hour Chris and Alf and the sweet lady at the front desk calmed me down… Fixed our car… And restored my faith in humanity!!! I would 20000 percent recommend- this happened on Good Friday and I feel the lord literally led me to this shop!
A very important part for my car came in and Mr. Chris took me same day. I am very appreciative of him as well as Mr. Jose who took the time to install it. I truly recommend Patriots Auto for their services, understanding and swift actions to get my vehicle back up to speed.
