Been having some painful issues. My doctor asked me to book at appointment with him. I called 8/22 and they said they could get me in today 9/22. They even sent me a confirmation text. When I showed up they said they had lost my appointment with their new system they switched to and I would have to reschedule down the road. I said I have a confirmed appointment today. They said sorry can’t help you, when can we reschedule? I assured them that would never happen and left. They’re a joke!
Dr. Luzny is very knowledgeable and took over 40 min. to go over my labs, explaining each one in detail. He cares about his patients.
