He has good inventory but the customer service was not great. I placed an order and he took a week to ship it out. After sending him an email about it he called and said he thought I was a robot which made no sense as I payed directly and gave valid shipping and personal information. I’ve been waiting another week and it still hasn’t arrived due to the delay in shipping. After charging me extra for shipping, this is pretty frustrating. They really need to streamline their service.
Had an amazing experience here, Patrick and his wife are the best and his wide array of stock and knowledge is unmatched. Will definitely be a regular here.
Another happy order from Pat's. A set of assorted O gauge signs were found to be out of stock when my order was being packed. So I was not charged for them and they substituted a set of similar signs FREE. That is old school customer service.
Two orders in two weeks. What I thought I needed then over did it and pick up what I wanted. It's nice to still be able to call and get a person. I'm not interested in having the newest overly complicated thing. Patrick's is great. They have old new stock. I was able to find a new seven year old engine. Both shipments came correct and on time. There was product box damage in the second shipment. That is on ups. Something heavy crushed my box. No worries. I'm a layout runner not a collector.
