Absolute worthless individual! This guy was the person who certified my septic as being great with no issues for a house I bought at the end of January of 2024. This guy is is a liar and will not stand behind his own certification. I am having leaking issues which are not only affecting me, but my neighbor as well. He came to my house, looked me in the eye and shook my hand in agreement to inspect the camera and see what was causing this very serious leak. Jim’s license is expired and he put in a system in Redlands that was not able to be certified by the city. Beware! This guy, though nice, cost me almost $15,000 and charged me over $5,000 for a system that wouldn’t pass inspection. Learn from my mistake and do your due diligence.
