I got my deck power washed and stained. Patrick’s was very professional and responsive. There was a delay because of the weather but I wasn’t bothered by that. Can’t control the weather. They did good work. The deck looks great. Also, while the project was on going I got an HOA inspection notice that I needed my flashing repainted. I was able to get a change order to add that work and they gave recommendations on what color to use. They did a good job with that work as well.
