I walked in to see about a haircut Mar 3 and they had a stylist available that afternoon at 4pm. I met Sam D. She was fantastic! Listened to me most importantly and cut my hair just the way I asked. I booked a color with her 2 days later. Turned out fabulous!! The salon is clean and all the staff are pleasant. I will recommend Patrick's to friends and ask for stylist Sam D.

I brought my 77yr old mother in to get her hair trimmed. I indicated my mother has Alzheimer’s to the staff before bring her inside .They made my mother feel like a queen and they took their time making sure she was comfortable and having a great time. I was so impressed with the compassion and attention given that I booked a facial the next day. It was so nice to a huge smile from my mother. Went to get roots touch up, colouring went fine but after it’s done and my hair got washed they made me leave with dripping water hair. Yes I said I don’t need blow dry but that doesn’t mean no brushing or at least checking how the colour went ?!! Usually after the wash you get the hair brushed with somehow hot air dry .. but for me I went from washing my hair to leaving the salon!

I came in to get curtain bangs, face framing layers, and some layers in the back, but after I left I realized that the bangs were uneven and she didn’t do the face framing layers at all, the hairstylist was very nice but she had to bring in a supervisor (possibly a senior stylist) to cut the bangs which turned out uneven, and wasn’t sectioned the way that curtain bangs are meant to be sectioned.
