Went to get roots touch up, colouring went fine but after it’s done and my hair got washed they made me leave with dripping water hair. Yes I said I don’t need blow dry but that doesn’t mean no brushing or at least checking how the colour went ?!! Usually after the wash you get the hair brushed with somehow hot air dry .. but for me I went from washing my hair to leaving the salon!
I came in to get curtain bangs, face framing layers, and some layers in the back, but after I left I realized that the bangs were uneven and she didn’t do the face framing layers at all, the hairstylist was very nice but she had to bring in a supervisor (possibly a senior stylist) to cut the bangs which turned out uneven, and wasn’t sectioned the way that curtain bangs are meant to be sectioned. I have been so impressed with the staff at Patrick's. Nick is always so friendly, and helpful, and Samantha does an outstanding job with my hair styling. So happy they are in our community!
A very nice group of professionals. I am not the client, my elderly mother is. She is respected, pampered and always leaves in good spirits and looking good. They are cognizant of her individual requirements, beyond her styling and are exceptional in their commitment. Highly recommended. Thank you.
I’m fairly new to town and was shopping around for a new hair salon. I was able to make a last minute appointment and was scheduled for a cut with Sam. She was very nice, welcoming and listened to what I wanted. She transformed my grown out layered cut into an amazing shorter layered cut. Although I was booked for a cut and go, she made time and styled my hair into a beautiful blown out look. I will definitely be back, thanks again Sam
