Worst experience I've ever had if I don't get a phone call soon. To right the wrong, I'm going to be taking legal action! You knew about that bolt. Let's not be irrational about this. Please fix your doings? The picture below failed to call me back. This is by far the worst mechanic experience in my 34 years of operating a vehicle. They also fixed my wife's ac fan, which went out within a year. I'd rather not post this, but when you don't care about anything that you've done wrong. You don't deserve to be in business. Absolutely fantastic shop. I've only ever had one issue (faulty oil filter installed during oil change), and they replaced it for free, no questions asked. The staff are friendly and super informative, and willing to work with you if you have questions or issues after the fact. Can't recommend them enough.
I took my car in to Patrick's on Oct 9th 2024 because it occasionally was hesitant to start. He said it was the starter, and wanted to charge double what everyone else i had called would charge, so i came and picked it up the next day when he called. The following day when i went to drive it, there was a basketball size spot under my car, and when i drove it , the blower wouldn't shut off. I texted Patrick's just before opening monday morning.
