Rude, Overpriced, and Completely Unprofessional I found Patrick through Groupon—big mistake. He said he’d honor the Groupon price, then charged me more. I asked for blonde and told him not to touch my roots because I’m growing my hair out. He ignored me, said he didn’t like how it looked, and did whatever he wanted instead. Patrick has been doing my hair for quite a few years now. I've always been very satisfied with his work. I've never had a problem with making an appointment and everything is always on time.
Haven't even received services from this place and Im already disappointed. A friend recommended this place for tans so I went ahead and bought a groupon to try them out. Called this am to see if they had any appointment times and the manthat anserwed was so extremely rude. Didn't anserw the phone with the salons name. Then very rudely let me know they had no appointment times today and hung up. Showed up for a scheduled appointment for today Sunday 3:15 mst & the door is locked waited a half hour no one has shown up. Never ever responded to my call or text about sitting outside of their door for a hair appointment. Great way to lose money! I will not be back nor will I recommend to anyone.
Purchased on Groupon and was a little intimidated about the service based off the initial call to schedule my appointment. Had a time set up a week in advance and day of received a text to reschedule me to next day because he was not feeling well. I very much understood and had no problem rescheduling. I replied asking for times but was ghosted. Didn't receive any follow up text or call for a week before I decided to get a refund from Groupon. Horrible customer service.
