Showed up for a scheduled appointment for today Sunday 3:15 mst & the door is locked waited a half hour no one has shown up. Never ever responded to my call or text about sitting outside of their door for a hair appointment. Great way to lose money! I will not be back nor will I recommend to anyone.
Purchased on Groupon and was a little intimidated about the service based off the initial call to schedule my appointment. Had a time set up a week in advance and day of received a text to reschedule me to next day because he was not feeling well. I very much understood and had no problem rescheduling. I replied asking for times but was ghosted. Didn't receive any follow up text or call for a week before I decided to get a refund from Groupon. Horrible customer service.
I’ve had a variety of extensions done by him and loved every single one. He has such a great personality and is so much fun to be around. Not only is he skilled at what he does, but he can do it all! Very unusual and unprofessional experience. I saw that this hairstylist was all booked so I did text him as I wanted my hair done for an upcoming vacation. He told me there is a spot in 30 min and that I had to get there quickly. I ran out the door, but I live 35-40 min from the salon, without traffic. He got pissed that I came in late and proceeded to tell me he can only do half of the procedure. STAY AWAY!!!!!!Extremely rude. I made an appointment that he did not show up for. I tried to reach out through text message and voicemail did not receive anything back. He ended up getting loud and cussing at me over the phone. Acted like a child and was very inconsistent in what he was saying. It was like dealing with a pissed off teenager. Apparently I'm not the only one though so I guess I don't feel too bad. On Groupon and Google there has to be over 30 reviews of him not showing up for people and blaming it on epilepsy.... read more
