I've been with this outfit for a few years and I really appreciate the level of customer service they have. They go out of their way to buying insurance easy and understandable. And they actually answer the phone, thats right a real person answers the phone when you call. Connie's my agent who is awesome to work wth and always takes the time to any questions I have.

American Family Insurance and Patrick Wall Agency was the most efficient, most accurate, most competent, and easiest to work with. For example, I knew what it would cost to rebuild my house because a friend had recently built a very similar house nearby. The AFI building cost model estimated a price within 1% of what my friend paid. The other providers estimated 20-40% lower, which would have caused me to be very underinsured.

I have been with the Patrick Wall Agency since they acquired my previous agent upon his retirement. They are very high-touch and I feel like I have a personal relationship with everyone I have worked with. They are very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never feel pressured by upselling of products and services. While I have yet to submit a claim to them, I believe that they will be prompt and fair in dealing with it.
