Mr Rodery was summoned to appear in court on my behalf on May 23,2023 and failed to appear, failed to notify court I was filing bankruptcy, failed to notify me and cost me $10000 due to a judgement that could have been prevented according to the judge and court clerk had he showed or filed paperwork that I was filing bankruptcy. Court said I was not notified from then because he was my attorney by hire.
