The service team at Volvo is excellent. The service manager, Erin coordinated my repair and continuously kept me updated as to the problem and the repair progress..

I had a VOM that had an internal fault, and it had only been placed 10 months ago. (I was insured). They took their time trying to figure out what was wrong, when they saw that there was nothing that could be done, they ordered another device to be put in my Volvo XC 40. They were very good about keeping me informed about what was going on. I did have a loaner car for 12 days so I was not inconvenienced at all. The Staff in the Service Dept are all wonderful. They are courteous and attentive.
