Very unprofessional, the people who answer the phone are very rude, I feel like I was ripped off on my settlement, they were never transparent, hiding numbers from me, They changed my contract and do not have my first original contract, I was the one in the accident and Tuscano is paying themselves like if they were the ones in the accident, I'm considering contacting the state attorney disciplinary authority. I wish I never trusted tuscano with my case.
