I made an appointment with Patrick Tolan over a month ago but they called me the day of to let me know he called out of work and they had to reschedule my appointment. Of course there was nothing available for a whole month so I was forced to wait. Today they call me AGAIN and tell me Patrick Tolan called out of work AGAIN and they had to cancel my appointment. One time I understand but two times? Unacceptable. They didn’t offer me an alternative either. I will not be going back to that office.
The doctor himself is great. The wait time was longer than I expected, but overall we have a good experience when we go. Dr. Tolan takes his time to thoroughly explain everything to me and address my concerns. We both were on the same page. I really appreciate him educating me on products and answering all my questions.
Patrick Tolan has been awesome treating my kid. He is patient and takes the time to listen and answer questions without feeling rushed. He’s personable and professional. So lucky to have found “Dr.” Tolan!
Dr Tolan is awesome. He asks the appropriate questions to determine what will work best for me, such as not prescribing injectables knowing I have a fear of needles. He is very laid back and keeps things simple to understand. After a few bad experiences elsewhere, I'm glad to have found Dr Tolan!
He is very kind and he takes the time to listen to and address my concerns.
