Dr. Christy is very nice and helpful, however his front office staff (one woman in particular) was so rude, condescending and just plain ignorant. She is in the wrong line of work.
I have used Dr. Christy in the past. Today I had an appointment an 1:45, because of all of the road paving road closures and all the detours I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. After calling and saying I would be there in 15 minutes I walked in the door and was told that because I was late I would have to wait for the other people in the waiting room to be seen before I would be! I am totally upset with this practice!!! The girls at the front desk were of zero help and the one answering the phone was less than cordial!... read more
Dr. Christy is one of the best around. He is very attentive and compassionate. He keeps you in mind as the patient and your needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor that has great bed side manner!
Rude and condescending. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.
I recently delivered and I loved this group! I had complicated circumstances and they all made me feel comfortable and supported. Each doctor had done their homework before my visits and were up to date on my care. The nurses were kind, friendly, and informed. I had no problems getting appointments when I needed them either. I would recommend this group and delivering at St. Clair Hospital as they provided top notch care.
Thorough, caring doctor who takes the time to listen to you. Provided excellent care during my annual visits and pregnancies. Presented options for my second delivery (VBAC or repeat cesarean) objectively and let me chose which path was right for me.
Very friendly and went over information with me
Arrogant and unhelpful. Gives sweeping statements that don't fit your case. If you're not a routine case, go elsewhere. He doesn't want to help you.
