Patrick the owner is a total scam. If I could give him no star, I would ! We hired him back in January 2024 for retaining wall project and according to the contract should be finished in 30 days. We have been very generous and patient but until today April 8, 2024. He didn't show up even though he promised us many times that he would. We even paid him half of the last payment with the good intention that he will finish the job in no time.
