Try canceling an appointment or getting clear details on how to prep. I didn't use his service. If his office can't return a call or pick up the phone, then I can't imagine how much worse it will be once I'm under. They've hung up on me, kept me on hold for 30+ minutes, and don't provide email instructions.
Great experiance. Diligent, thorough, kind. Communication was clear and repeated via text, email, and phone call. Also the prep-treatment was more gentle than what my friends/family.
Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor. I arrived at the clinic via ride share and was told that I would have to have a colonoscopy without anesthesia because nobody was with me. I had told his staff that I would arrive alone and they said NOTHING!I have requested a different office all together. I also had a violent reaction to the meds he gave me. I could barely speak and could not stand. This man and his staff need to be put out of business.
