Hayward Family Dentistry provides excellent care. Our family of 4 have been patients there for many years and now my grandchildren are patients there! They are truly concerned about your health and appearance.
Wonderful team! Dr. Duffy is a very skilled dentist. He goes the extra mile and has been taking care of me for years. He is very professional and willing to take the time to make sure everything is done correct and answers my questions. He fixed my front teeth over 10 years ago and they are still holding strong! Stephanie is my hygienist and she is absolutely wonderful and remembers conversations from years ago! Highly recommend.
Terrible experience. They are more concerned with payment then service. Rude dentist want to be employees. They made a denture that was completely unacceptable and told me to go somewhere else because I didn't approve. I will advocate for myself and not accept anything less.
Shoutout to the great staff Kim-Shelley and Linda are all very good at what they do. Dr. Duffy and his team are kind and compassionate always pain free and excellent service.
Another vote against the person who answers the phone. Never had someone so eager to find the ways they cannot help me and sound so smug about it. Might be time to get a job outside customer service, Linda.
