I am extremely disappointed with Patrick Staffing in Franklin. Josh applied and was offered a position with WinSupply, but he ended up in the hospital due to an emergency and lost the opportunity. After that, both Asher and I had applications on file and were actively looking for work as well. Instead of receiving help finding employment, it felt like we were judged because of Josh's situation. People have emergencies. People end up in the hospital. Melinda and Sherri do everything possible to help find a job that you’re well suited for. Give the Franklin office a call for all of your needs.

I just joined Patrick staffing this morning and it was a good experience. They were very polite and very fast helping me find some work asap. The whole process was quick and simple. Def recommend to anyone in need of work asap. The pay is decent but the hours are great. Very happy I chose this agency.

I've been using Patrick Staffing since 2012, Every experience I've had with them has been great. The women there are always super helpful and friendly. They work hard to place you somewhere you'll fit and to find you something that you can turn into a career. They are leaps and bounds better then other "temp agencies". Would definetly recommend to anyone looking for long term employment.
