I have been working with Justin and Braxton for YEARS. I’m always impressed by their quick responses—usually on the same day I call or soon after. the relief valve drain pipe on our water heater was leaking. the initial service call came within just a few hours. the technician, marc, was very friendly and knowledgeable. he explained that the high water temperature we set caused pressure to build up. after resetting the temperature, that issue was resolved, but the valve itself needed a replacement under warranty. thankfully, he had a new valve in his van, so he installed it immediately and wrapped up the job in under an hour. he also cleaned up the area nicely. overall... read more

I had a team come out for a water heater replacement today, and it was located in the hot attic. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they completed the job on the first try. I had my little one around, and I was impressed that not a single curse word was heard as they worked hard to remove the old unit and install the new one. I reached out for plumbing help yesterday, and by the next morning, Marc arrived at my home bright and early. He took care of replacing 2 toilets and a showerhead, and even cleared out the kitchen drain. Although he couldn't check the dishwasher and garbage disposal due to a power issue, he was very thorough. Justin also came by to assist with the heavy lifting.
