We had a clogged sewer line caused by our garbage disposal late one evening. After calling, the answering service was friendly and helpful. Early the next morning, we got a call to set up a time, and Justin arrived right at 8:30. He quickly cleared the blockage in about 45 minutes. marc and his partner arrived at our home right on time in the morning to take care of our plumbing needs. we needed our sewer pipes cleaned out, so they used hydro jetting to clear all the drain lines under the house, reaching all the way to the city connection. since our old sewer cleanout was covered and hard to find, they used a camera to locate it, dug it up, and replaced it with a new cleanout that had a taller riser for easier access. it was interesting to watch them work and see the jetting process on their monitor. b... read more
