We had an outside faucet go bad after the icestorm. We called for help, and they showed up fast. They got right to work and worked quickly. They said they don't believe in working slow to get extra billable hours. Very satisfied! We will call them everytime we have issues.
We called in before the 4th and scheduled after the holiday. I talked to the owner and said we had 3 things to hookup. A week and a half later.. the day of, the guys show up at 4:30, say there is not enough time and charged me a trip charge. I then rescheduled, moved my flooring company to accommodate to these guys and they still didn’t show up, twice! After 2 no-shows, I called a competitor and was taken care of the next day.
On 1/9/24 I called a friend of ours and they told us about Patrick and Son plumbing, I gave them a call, told them what was going on at my mom's also asked if they could check one more thing under another bathroom no problem, they came out fixed both of the problems. I did ask how much they charged this company is good people, we had no problems with them very polite. I got a receipt sent to my email, where there you can print it out.
