Dr. Shock took the time to explain my treatment options, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my dental health. The entire experience was smooth and positive, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Shock to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.
Dr Shock and his staff fit me in for a scan and diagnosis of a painful root infection literally within 20 minutes. He explained everything to me before the scan and went over my results and provided me with options and an antibiotic for immediate relief. Incredible experience, a very pleasant surprise, as most offices are not nearly as accomodating and reachable. He is passionate about educating the patient, which was exactly what I wanted, and very responsive.
