Very patient, kind and professional doctor, I was with my 1 month old baby with tongue tie and doctor Scheffler explain us all about the procedure after that he resolved it in 5 second, now my baby is more happy and I can feed her properly. I high recomend Dr. Scheffler.
We went seeing this doctor for the kid. We asked a few simple questions: whether a surgery is needed and how long ahead of time should we make the reservation. The whole process is about 5 minutes. He billed us for $1200+. Ridiculous. They show no respect for people working hard to make their ends meet. Go for other ENT doctors or facilities, this place cares only about money.
Dr. Scheffler took such good care of my daughter! He's always smiling and has such a soothing bedside manner. Puts your mind at ease during a difficult time.
Does anyone have the doctor's number? It's for my son, it's urgent. Please, someone help me. I've been trying to contact the doctor for days and I haven't been able to.
