Dr Scanlon was exceptionally attentive to my husband's emergency medical needs during his stay at Holy Family Hospital. He took steps to ensure he received the best possible care which we are very grateful for.
Have been seeing Dr. Scanlon for the past 3 years. He is a great doctor and my health has improved greatly under his guidance. Very professionally but has the ability to put you at ease. Highly recommend.
Front office is very poor in their service to the patients . Don't know what they are doing.....
Doctors here are very nice an knowlegable but to call? Or get a appt ? Forget it! Nobody ever answers the phone an when they finally do? Its? hold on! an you get a recording which you will never get a call back..my guess is these doctors have no knowledge of what goes on in front but they need new assistances Because nobody seems to know how to answer phones and take appt. An thats where the 1 star comes in.
