My appointment was on time and the doctor and his staff were friendly and efficient.
Excellent physician and staff. I would recommend to family or anyone else.
I had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with this doctor and I told him I wanted plastics to close my wound because I didn’t want a scar but he totally ignored me. He did the worst closing because he did not do it in the naval - he did it 2 inches down from naval where it is super easy to be seen and he left the edges open and put glue in the middle. Dr. Reardon is great and surgery went well. That is where the greatness stops. We are 6 months out from surgery and are still having to deal with bills from the surgery, that we’re not given to our insurance. We have had to do all leg work in making sure our bills get sent to the insurance. My understanding from dealing with other Dr offices at this Houston Methodist hospital, is that is the job of the office staff.
