I couldn't ask for better care than Dr. Probst has given me.
Called to make an appointment for my husband after he went to the ER. This Doctor was referred by the St Luke’s ER Doctor. I called the Monday after the ER visit the Saturday prior, and spoke to a person explaining the circumstance and requested that they call my husband to schedule an appointment. Dr Probst is very professional. Picked me up after I fired previous incompetent urologist. Answered all my questions, explained my disease and action plan for treatment. Left no stone unturned. Prompt in follow up communication and updating patient portal. Took me from a helpless situation and has exceeded my expectations to put my mind at ease. Dr Probst is a great doctor. He is great with fielding questions and answering them in terminology that I can comprehend. His bed side manner is just as wonderful. He took me step by step through my scans and provided me with the resources to help my kidney stone issues. If you need a thorough kidney doctor, he’s the one. Thank you Dr Probst!
