Dr phelan is so awesome so caring and goes the extra mile. He has helped me through some very rough times he a great surgeon. I would highly recommed him. Thank you Dr phelan for helping me with my quality of life blessings
Dr.Phelan performed a gall bladder surger on my wife in 2020. He knicked right hipatic artery which created a football size bruise on her right side. I will provide images upon request. He told her she has to go home after 2 hours. We drove back to Brookings against my wishes. She was Life flighted back to Asante at 7:30 that same night. I would AVOID any and all proceedures from this physician. I will be contacting the Oregon state medical board of medicine.
