It was a great experience, everyone was professional, kind, and smiling. Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you to all the staff. Especially when your not feeling good!
The entire staff was absolutely amazing. The lady's in the waiting area were very helpful and compassionate. The pre op team made me feel safe and comforted. (I don't remember recovery, but I'm sure they were amazing also). The nurses that cared for me in my room were extremely caring, compassionate and had genuine concern for my recovery. Any housekeeping or nutrition staff that had interactions with me demonstrated respected and understanding to me the patient. Top notch thank you all for the care you gave me.
Dr. Youssef saved my life almost 3 years ago. At first he was somewhat aloof but considering what he does I get it. Now he has a great bedside manner. I feel that he cares. I like that he explains things so that I can understand. I definitely recommend him.
