My family has been going to Dr. Cheng for many, many years. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. I feel at home when I am there. Dr Cheng is professional and very gentle and explains what he doing so you don't feel anxious. When my dental insurance changed, the first thing I did was make sure he was part of our network. I want to make sure I don’t over do it with my review because I don’t want it to sound fake but I can’t explain how comforting and safe I felt at Chengs office. He was incredibly humble, kind, respectful and most importantly HUMAN!!! His office gives a nice nostalgic feel to it which brings me to my childhood. Dr. Cheng is our dentist for over 25 years. Carmen and her assistants are always efficient. It doesn't matter that I have to drive 50 miles.😃🤗
