I have utilized The Osgood Companies for many home improvement and maintenance projects including a kitchen remodel, patio, walkway, interior painting and roof. Our HOA needed to contract some repairs to our roof and gutter system, and Patrick Osgood gave us the best quote. He was also very patient as our three condo inhabitants were never around at the same time to confirm the contract!
