I am so pleased with the quality of work they did on my house. It clearly had not been painted thoroughly in a very long time - so in addition to painting - there was a considerable amount of repair required. The workers were also extremely professional and courteous- the job site was immmaculate at the end of each day. Would highly recommend them for any work you want done on your house.
"I couldn’t be happier with Patrick and his crew. Following a rain storm in December 2024, I called 5 different roofing companies, 3 called me back and 2 actually came to look at the roof. When the crew from Osgood came to look, they went up on the roof with a bucket of roofing cement and immediately patched the obvious areas of wear. Unsupervised workers and subcontractors resulted in poor craftmanship. When we complained was told he doesn't like to work with "difficult customers" We are redoing the floors and carpentry and painting. Electricians broke 4 ceiling fans claiming they were defective. Plumbers flooded ceiling twice. HVAC systems he put in did not qualify for Mass Rebates. Outdoor work fine. Don't let them inside.
Patrick was polite and informative in his communication. I was impressed with the follow up pictures demonstrating the work done. His staff were very professional and worked diligently to complete the job. We were very happy with this work and would use Osgood Construction again. Thank you
