I contacted the Osgood Companies because of a concern I had with my roof which was quite old and I believed needed replacement. I had the roof inspected, and it was recommended that it be replaced due to its age and failure of some of the shingles. Our HOA needed to contract some repairs to our roof and gutter system, and Patrick Osgood gave us the best quote. He was also very patient as our three condo inhabitants were never around at the same time to confirm the contract! We are delighted with the work and the care his team provided us and with the products he used. He even chose to fix a window frame that wasn't part of our contract!.
