Patrick Optical in Ft Worth knocked it out of the park today. I have been wearing a set of rimless glasses for almost five years. The last three I've been nursing them along as the bushings have been tightened and retightened to the point they were on their last leg. I called Patrick Optical to see if they could fix my metal eyeglass frame that was missing a nose pad. He said no problem, and I went right over to get it fixed. The folks that run that business we've very welcoming immediately as I walked in the door. I described the issue to the wonderful lady who greeted me at the door. Again, she said no problem.
