Patrick M. himself climbed up on the roof with me to find a leak. He had his guys caulk some new leaks and it has not returned. We had extensive hail damage to our home. We had never had to hire out construction repairs of this magnitude: the scope was daunting. Patrick Miller Construction completed a stoop and walkway. Listened to what we wanted. Were prompt and hardworking. Finished Project was excellent.
Patrick Miller Construction completed the second phase of the rehab of my very old garage. Phase one was lifting, straightening, and pouring a new concrete floor and apron. Phase Two was framing the entrance and installing a new service door, replacing rotted siding around the entire bottom section, and finally scraping and painting the entire garage.I am very happy with the quality of the work and the garage looks great!
