We hired Pat to help us sell a piece of property in Tacoma that we inherited, it was definitely a fixer leaning towards a tear down or extensive remodeling, on a very large lot. Pat and Kathy helped us decide how to best to market the property for either owner occupied or developer. From listing to close it was less than 30 days!
