In my opinion, Patrick McCroskey seems quit on clients mid-case. I know of one other person who told me he quit on her as well. Also, former Buncombe County Law Librarian Marie Penta told me that she knew that Patrick quit mid-case on other clients. After quitting on me the first time, he agreed to un-withdraw and several months later, he quit again—two months before my custody case was to be tried in court. I had gone approximately two months waiting for a return phone call last autumn.
See Patrick only for the purpose of getting him "conflicted out" of your case and your life. Given the opportunity he will escalate a case unnecessarily and make a mess of your case and life.
Patrick McCroskey is toxic and will escalate a divorce in both financial and emotional cost to a family. Visit him to get him "conflicted out" and thus, keep him far away from your case so he doesn't make an unnecessary mess of your life.
