My first time visit was today 8/27/19. I am completely satisfied w/the service I received. Front desk lady was courteous & friendly. Lawanda (who performed my initial exam) was very nice & professional. I was seen by Dr. Riner, and he made me feel completely at ease. He was pleasant & the exam was very thorough. I have diabetes & REALLY appreciated him taking the time to explain how my blood sugar levels may affect my vision & more importantly, my eye nerves. I paid my exam fee, received a 108 dollar bill in the mail was confused but paid it and then i received another bill a year later for this office 40 dollar fee for some random reason when i called i didn’t understand it. And after 5 minutes of talking about it and how Im not Happy and Im going to write a review the woman said “you know what Im going to drop this bill”. It’s just crazy I’ve never been charged so much for an exam and getting continuous bills i have to deal with and waste my time calling in. If i could do it ag... read more
