When it comes to Dr. Higgins I have to say he is very polite, and professional . But I thought the personnel in The Teaneck office was as well. I had to call the office after my mother had an injection and her left eye became full of blood and painful. I told the person who answer the phone what was going on and she transfer my call to another woman , unfortunately I lost her name but I have to complain about her lack of professionalism, I told her I took a picture of my mother’s eye for Dr Higgins to see it.
