What are the ingredients of a happy patient: your doctor provides his ability to make you well!! Applying skillful Knowledge of utilizing his amazing skills to help you but also idoing so in an extremely kind manner. I Would only go to Dr. Higgins for treating my retina condition. Period!!!
Excellent doctor who inspires confidence. Highly recommend him. The only gripe is the waiting time in the office. They should just spread the appointments out over longer time.
