Dr Higgins is great! however 3 hour waiting room is extreme. 10 am appt and you finally see the Dr. for a 5 min visit at 1 pm. This is very typical of this office . The work flow in this office needs to be overhauled for patient satisfaction.
My mom has been a patient of Dr. Higgins for many years. He has always make her feel great and his staff is great. Anyone needs a great retina doctor come to Dr. Patrick M. Higgins.
Dr Higgins was and his staff was very professional and personal during my visit. Would recommend.
